We have almost reached the 100th day of school!!! The 100th day of school is a huge milestone for the kiddos and they love celebrating reaching 100 days of school! Many grade levels and teachers have fun activities to celebrate this special day! Join us in celebrating and dress as if you are 100 years old on Monday! We will also be celebrating Kindness Week next week. Please see the flyer below about our dress up days for the week. It is a busy week and we will end it with Valentines Day parties on Thursday. All parties will start at 2:30. Please remember no home made goods are allowed. All food items must be store bought. We hope you are able to visit classroom parties and have some fun with us! Awesome things happening in Mrs. Lawson's art class this week! First grade students are working on a snowflake maker! These are awesome so far!

Last week our 5th grade Academic Team travelled to Terra Verde Discovery School to participate in their first meet of the year!

Pre-K students were learning about groundhogs this week and experimented with seeing if the groundhog saw his shadow! Which unfortunately did. Let's hope he is wrong.

Join us in celebrating kindness week!

February is a busy month! We have many activities through out the month. Please check the calendar below for all the upcoming events!

We are into the second week of our positive referral challenge and it is going GREAT! Students are tasked with earning positive referrals for displaying outstanding behavior and following our Little Axe Citizenship commitments of being safe, respectful, responsible and ready to learn. When a student receives a positive referral they receive a phone call home to share the good news and get to hang their referral on a number of their choice on our 100 board. Once we reach 100 referrals, we will have a drawing and select 10 random numbers. Whichever students positive referral is on the numbers drawn get to attend a bowling and pizza party!
