Axe Nation News: Parent Edition

Week of February 24th-February 27th

See ya later February, hello March...

It was GREAT to be back to school this week! We were treated to some beautiful weather which allowed the kids to get some much needed recess time. Hopefully last week was our last round of wintery weather. Due to last week's weather and remote learning days, we have rescheduled last week's conferences for next week. We will hold Parent/Teacher conferences today, February 27th from 4:30 to 7:30 and next Thursday, March 6th from 4:30-7:30. We hope you are able to make it out and visit with your child's teacher(s)! On Wednesday, a push text was sent to all LAPS parents/guardians for a survey about the district's federal programs grants. If you have not completed the survey, please complete it so the district can gain valuable feedback. We hope everyone has a great weekend and we will see you all back for another great week at LAE on Monday!

Lost and Found

Lost and found

Our lost and found box is FULL!!! Has your student lost items this year? There is a chance it is in our lost and found! Several of our staff members have cleaned it out and spread out the items in our box. Stop by the cafeteria during conferences and check to see if you can find things that belong to you!
