Welcome back from Spring Break! Hopefully you all enjoyed the week off and had tons of fun! We have hit the ground running this week and have had a WONDERFUL first week back from break! Our 100 positive office referral challenge recently was completed! The students worked extremely hard to earn a positive referral from staff members and they finally reached the goal of 100! Because of the success of this challenge, we have kicked it off AGAIN this week! This week we focused on hallway procedures and trying to catch students going above and beyond with their hallway etiquette.

The last quarter of the school year is a very busy time! Stay connected with our weekly newsletters for all the activities that are coming up. April is full of field trips, State Testing, performances, and many other activities our students will get to participate in.

Please do not forget that as the school year winds down attendance is still crucial! Consistent attendance is critical to student success. Please continue to ensure your child arrives on time and ready to engage in their learning each day. If your child is going to be absent please contact the front office to let us know they will not be at school for the day.

Our 4th and 5th grade archery team got to experience a new program this week! We have partnered with the Student Air Rifle program recently. Our archery team got to test out the new equipment and learn about air rifles and proper firearms safety!

Third grade students in Mrs. Wright's class got a visit from Mr. Eagle from the Eagle Adventure Program today! We are very thankful to the Absentee Shawnee tribe for partnering with us to do this program.

We have kicked off Round 2 of our Positive Office Referral Challenge! Our goal is to reach 100 positive referrals by the end of the school year. We have already had several students receive positive referrals this week!
