Concurrent Scholarship UPDATE/CHANGE

From Little Axe Central Office:

"Due to the United States Department of Education holding some federal program funding, the Concurrent Scholarship can not be guaranteed at this time. We will update you when we receive any information."

The LAPS scholarship was $100 per class up to $300 per semester.

We will let you know more information when we have it. Parents/Students should plan to NOT receive this scholarship. Depending on the college attending, fees are about $125 a class at the two year college X however many classes you are taking + book cost if needed.

If your student has chosen a four year college, the family cost will be higher.
To better prepare check the college website for exact fee costs.

If your student is Native American there might be scholarships available that can assist with concurrent costs. Be sure to check your tribe's website for more information.

Contact Mrs. Harp @ amber.harp@littleaxeps.org if you have any questions.
