December:
Dear Little Axe Middle School Families,
As we approach the end of 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful progress we’ve made as a school community. December is a time for both celebration and reflection, as we wrap up the first semester of the school year. It’s an opportunity to appreciate the hard work, resilience, and growth that each of our students has demonstrated.
It has been inspiring to watch our middle schoolers grow not only as learners but also as young people who are becoming leaders in our school. The energy in our classrooms and hallways is truly remarkable, and I am proud of all the achievements thus far.
A Few Important Reminders:
Start Time: Our school day starts promptly at 7:50 AM. Please make sure your child arrives on time, ready to learn and engage in the day’s activities.
Stay Connected: Keep up with important updates through our communication channels, including the newsletter, push notifications/Sylogist app, and social media.
Upcoming Events: Mark your calendars for upcoming events, Remote Learning Day - December 5th and Christmas Break - December 22 through January 5th.
December Focus: Holiday Spirit & Winter Wellness
As we move closer to Christmas, I encourage everyone to take time to relax, recharge, and spend quality moments with family and friends. The break will provide an excellent opportunity to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished this semester and to set new goals for the remainder of the school year.
Thank you to all of our students, staff, and families for your continued support. Together, we are building a strong foundation for success, and I look forward to what the second half of the year will bring.
Wishing everyone a joyous and restful holiday season!
Respectfully,
Mike Bread, Principal
