As we dive into our third month of school, I want to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come together. It’s inspiring to see everyone settling into their routines, making new friends, and embracing the challenges of learning.
A Few Important Reminders:
Start Time: Our school day starts promptly at 7:50 AM. Please make sure your child arrives on time, ready to learn and engage in the day’s activities.
Stay Connected: Keep up with important updates through our communication channels, including the newsletter, push notifications/Sylogist app, and social media.
Upcoming Events: Mark your calendars for upcoming events, such as Blue & Gold money due on October 6th and end of 1st Quarter October 9th. Don’t forget Picture Day retake day and Homecoming Parade October 16th!
October Focus: Developing a growth mindset, overcoming challenges, and celebrating effort
Remember, it’s not just about grades but about the progress you make every day. Whether it’s asking questions in class, participating in activities, or simply trying your best, each step forward counts!
I encourage you to set personal goals—big or small—that can guide you throughout the month. And don’t forget to support one another. A kind word or helping hand can make all the difference.
