It is that time again!
If you have students in grades 3rd-8th or 11th, they will be participating in state testing in April and May. The district schedule is below.
3rd - 8th grades take ELA (Reading) and Math.
5th and 8th grade also take a Writing test and Science test.
11th grade takes the ACT (counts for ELA and Math), Science, and US History.
To receive a diploma, it is a state requirement that all students must pass the Citizenship test (60%, 100 questions). This test is given numerous times locally.
To receive preliminary reports in early June, all testing must be done by May 7th. To achieve this, we need your help in making sure your child(ren) are here on their testing day. We will have make up sessions scheduled but it's going to be a packed schedule.
To ensure that your child(ren) are best prepared for the testing day, our teachers work with them on standards and test taking practices. We need your help in ensuring they get plenty or rest the night before and have had a healthy breakfast that morning.
The Parent, Student, and Teacher Guides can be found HERE. These guides give insight to the tests as well as practice tests.
Thank you for your support and please reach out with any questions.

First time users:
Will need to create a user account. To create an account in the OSTP Parent Portal, you will need your student’s 10-digit state ID number (can be found on the Sylogist/Wengage parent portal) and date of birth.
If you can not find your student's ID or have other questions, please email emily.blakley@littleaxeps.org for help.
Once on the OSTP Parent Portal site, users will enter the student’s State ID and date of birth, then click go. Then users will enter their email address and create a password for accessing the portal.
Returning users:
Will need to enter their email address and password associated with their account to access their student’s results. If you can’t remember your password, click on forgot password and enter the email address used to create your account. An email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
